Ecoventura, a luxury cruise company offering expedition experiences in the Galapagos Islands, sought to revamp its website to reflect the premium nature of its brand and to streamline its sales processes. With high demand for both consumer and travel agent bookings, Ecoventura needed a website that not only captured the unique selling points of its offerings but also simplified the booking process for various audiences.

We redesigned Ecoventura’s website to increase conversions and create a seamless user experience for both B2C and B2B customers. In addition, we develop a monthly email marketing strategy to nurture leads, drive customer engagement, and increase conversions across B2C and B2B audiences.

The goal was to create a responsive website that showcases Ecoventura’s luxury brand and enhances conversions. Develop a streamlined booking system for both individual customers and travel agents, automating key sales processes. Implement a targeted email marketing strategy to keep Ecoventura top-of-mind, nurture leads, and drive bookings. Develop a Google and Meta Paid Ads campaign to drive qualified traffic, increase bookings and raise awareness among high-income travelers. 

Our main challenges were based on complex Sales Cycle: The decision-making process for booking a Galapagos cruise can be lengthy, especially for high-end packages. The ads had to be designed to address the entire customer journey, from awareness to booking. Dual Audience Targeting: Campaigns needed to reach both luxury travelers interested in the Galapagos and travel agents seeking unique offerings for their clients. Luxury Positioning: Ads required a visual and messaging approach that highlighted the exclusivity and unique experience of Ecoventura’s cruises.

The Solution

We developed a visually stunning, fully responsive website to highlight Ecoventura’s premium offerings. The design emphasized the brand’s luxury appeal with high-quality imagery and an intuitive user interface. In addition, we developed an automated booking system designed to cater to both B2C and B2B users, automating processes for individual and group bookings. Key features included real-time pricing, dynamic availability, and a travel partner portal.

We designed and implemented a comprehensive email marketing strategy to complement the new website and booking system. The strategy was designed to keep Ecoventura's audience engaged, nurture relationships, and drive conversions. An ongoing paid ads campaign to increase bookings and qualified website traffic for luxury Galapagos cruises among affluent travelers.
