We redesigned Ecoventura’s website to increase conversions and create a seamless user experience for both B2C and B2B customers. In addition, we develop a monthly email marketing strategy to nurture leads, drive customer engagement, and increase conversions across B2C and B2B audiences.
Our main challenges were based on complex Sales Cycle: The decision-making process for booking a Galapagos cruise can be lengthy, especially for high-end packages. The ads had to be designed to address the entire customer journey, from awareness to booking. Dual Audience Targeting: Campaigns needed to reach both luxury travelers interested in the Galapagos and travel agents seeking unique offerings for their clients. Luxury Positioning: Ads required a visual and messaging approach that highlighted the exclusivity and unique experience of Ecoventura’s cruises.

The design emphasized the brand’s luxury appeal with high-quality imagery and an intuitive user interface. In addition, we developed an automated booking system designed to cater to both B2C and B2B users, automating processes for individual and group bookings. Key features included real-time pricing, dynamic availability, and a travel partner portal.
